Justin Bieber is accused of plagiarism together with songwriter
Usher by Devin ‘’the Dude’’ Copeland and Mareio overton and sued for 10 million
dollars.They claimed the song ‘’somebody to love’’ song by justin Bieber and written
by usher had been copied from their song with the same title released in 2008.Although
the case is already dismissed,in early 2014 the dismissal was overturned and
the court case continued,starting what
is bound to be lengthy court battle to try and settle the matter.
